I’m desperate to get back to this little gem in the middle of Swaziland! in fact, I’m having a hard time convincing myself not to pack the car and kidnap the hubby right now. Maybe it’s the thought of Monday tomorrow and having to teach 26 tiny little people (don’t get me wrong- I love my job) but the tiny people really can wear you down; or maybe it’s just remembering how incredibly peaceful this lodge is.
It’s covered in creepers and greenery and huddled under a couple of truly enormous jacaranda trees that dust everything with a fine layer of purple petals.
There are tiny, skittish buck all over the lawns, hiding under the bushes and trees, many of whom are endangered.
As part of the Mlilwane wildlife sanctuary, Reilly’s Rock has beautiful hikes and forests. Until next time Swaziland…
